YOUR VISIT
We have reduced the volume of patients that attend the office at one time.
When booking your appointment all your information will be confirmed over the phone prior to your arrival, including OHIP card information and reason for visit.
When arriving to our clinic, please call us from the parking lot and we will invite you up to the office when ready.
Please arrive wearing a non-surgical mask. We have masks available for purchase if needed. This is to protect others in the office and to protect yourself from others during your eye examination.
YOUR EXAM
Our measuring equipment will continue to be sterilized as always.
Our Doctors and Staff will be wearing masks, safety shields, gloves and are vigilantly disinfecting all surfaces.
We will be utilizing our Digital Retinal Photography technology to help assess your retina and reduce the exposure time you will have during your examination.
SHOPPING FOR GLASSES
You can continue to shop for glasses in our large dispensary. After trying on a frame please place them on the counter and our staff will collect them after for proper disinfection.
We will be utilizing our touchless digital technology to take your frame and lens measurements.
ORDERING CONTACT LENSES
We are now offering FREE direct shipping to all our contact lens orders and you are welcome to call, email or order directly from our ONLINE SHOP.
As we have been closed for 2 months and are limiting the amount of traffic to the office, we ask your patience in receiving a timely appointment. We will be increasing our hours and we be offering weekend appointments.
