Optometrists keep up with the changes and are licensed to prescribe contact lenses. This is one reason they are not sold over the counter. Trial lenses are given to patients to ensure the comfort and fit before ordering a supply. We custom fit for all refractive errors such as astigmatism, farsightedness, nearsightedness and presbyopia. Fitted properly contact lenses are comfortable and safe. They are available in daily, biweekly, monthly or annual usage.
